Before pictures of the fence, walking from front to back. In the 3rd pictures we will have to remove that tree as it died. And you can see the termite damage on the current wood. Which is why we are going with Redwood because they don't like that taste!
Last night Jonas and I met our contractor at Home Depot and purchased $1400 worth of supplies to build the new fence down the side of our house next to the bedrooms. You can see how close the other house is and why I went and got a permit from the city to build to the maximum height of 7ft. Hopefully the inspector from the city won't hold up work, because it should and we were planning that it will be finished Sunday afternoon.
